COORDINATION

The two months before your event is the busiest time of all wrapping up all of your final details. We come in and create space for you to let go of all of the details and let us execute accordingly.

Our team has over 15 years of planning experience combined, and we have seen and overcome nearly every obstacle! Our team will build a custom timeline that anticipates issues and accounts for all of the details before, during, and after your event.

Coordination services include access to our online planning tool, our preferred vendor list, and planning templates, as well as a team of event consultant(s) to keep everything on track while you are focused on being present during your event.

ABSOLUTELY! Destination events are our favorite. We have been blessed to plan, design, and coordinate events in Hawaii, Jamacia, Mexico, Califonia, Florida, Chicago, multiple Texas cities and will be open to help you celebrate wherever you choose.
